• Free Shipping – Available on orders of $50 or more via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)

Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide, excluding some remote areas in Asia and other select remote regions. Delivery times may vary during holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Issues

If you experience delivery issues, please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect address information provided by customers.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery date. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Wait for authorization with Return Authorization Number
3. Package and ship items to our return address
4. Receive refund or exchange after inspection

Refund Information

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items). Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for different sizes, colors, or themes within 15 days of delivery. Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer both ways.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send replacements immediately at no cost to you.
