Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service

• Product name and quantity you wish to return
• Reason for return
• Whether you prefer exchange or refund

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions. Please don’t send items without this authorization.

Carefully package your items in their original condition and ship to:

🔁 Exchange Policy

We happily accept exchanges for different sizes, colors, or themes within 15 days of delivery. Popular exchanges include:

• Exchanging Balloon Garland Kits for different color schemes
• Trading Back to School supplies for Camping & Adventure items

Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer both ways.

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

Received damaged or defective party supplies? We’re so sorry! Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items, and we’ll send replacements immediately at no cost to you.

What if I received the wrong item?

Contact us immediately! We’ll send the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect product.

Can I return sale items?

Yes! Sale items follow the same return policy as regular-priced items.

What about international returns?

We accept returns from all served regions (excluding some remote areas in Asia and elsewhere). Customers are responsible for international return shipping costs and any customs fees.
